Dhaalu Atoll's Meedhoo Constituency Member and prominent businessman, Sun Siam, has stepped in to provide significant medical support for the residents of Kamadhoo in Baa Atoll. The Kamadhoo Council has announced that financial assistance for medical treatment will be available to the island's residents, thanks to the generosity of Siam.

The initiative will cover medical expenses both within the Maldives and abroad, following a clearly defined procedure. Residents seeking assistance must apply using a designated form provided by the council.

An official agreement has been established between the Kamadhoo Council and Sun Siam Care to facilitate this aid. The council emphasized that this support is part of a broader effort by Siam to assist various communities, not a special gesture towards Kamadhoo alone.

Kamadhoo, known for its picturesque beauty and recent fame as a vibrant destination during Eid celebrations, has a population of just 564.
