Shaviyani Atoll Matches:

The competition in Shaviyani Atoll kicked off with a close encounter between Kanditheemu and Maroshi. Kanditheemu, the atoll champions, emerged victorious with a narrow 1-0 win, thanks to a decisive goal from Ahmed Rizaan.

In the second match of the day, Milandhoo secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory over Feydhoo.

The third match saw Bileiyfahi take on Goidhoo, and Bileiyfahi came out on top with a 2-1 win. Aiman (Thanni) and Ifraadh (Zeppi) were the goal-scorers for Bileiyfahi, with Zeppi earning Player of the Match honors for his standout performance.

The final Shaviyani Atoll match saw Narudhoo edge past Lhaimagu in a thrilling contest, winning 3-2.

Thaa Atoll Matches:

Over in Thaa Atoll, Vilufushi triumphed 2-1 against Omadhoo, while Thaa Atoll champions Thimarafushi claimed a 2-1 victory over Kinbidhoo. Thimarafushi’s Aswadh was named Player of the Match for his remarkable performance.

The action continued with Hirilandhoo beating Veymandoo 3-2 in another tight match. Buruni then triumphed 4-1 over Kandoodhoo, with Mohamed Naahil Nooh of Buruni being recognized as the Player of the Match for his exceptional performance.

Tonight's matches will feature teams from Faafu Atoll and Alif Alif Atoll, promising more action in the Golden Futsal Tournament.
