Stelco Contact Center Now Available 24/7

Stelco has officially expanded its Contact Center service to operate 24 hours a day, effective October 1, 2024, at 12 PM. This initiative is part of the company's ongoing efforts to enhance customer service.
The transition follows the launch of the Stelco Hotline (1545) on August 28, which allows customers to inquire about various services and submit complaints regarding electricity bills.
To further improve customer interaction, Stelco Care will soon enable communication via popular messaging platforms like Viber, WhatsApp, and Telegram.
Managing Director Hussain Fahmy stated, "This change to a 24-hour Contact Center is a significant step in our commitment to providing timely services and reinforcing the trust our customers place in Stelco. We aim to bring our services closer to the community."
With this move, Stelco aims to ensure that assistance is readily available around the clock, reflecting their dedication to customer satisfaction.
