Villa College and Fenaka Corporation have signed a pivotal agreement to enhance training programs and conduct service-related research.

The deal, finalized by Fenaka's Managing Director Muaz Mohammed Rasheed and Villa College's Vice Rector Dr. Arun Kumar, aims to elevate the skills of Fenaka’s workforce.

Under this agreement, Fenaka employees will receive training tailored to meet Utility Regulatory Authority (URA) standards. The initiative targets those with technical expertise but lacking formal national certifications.

The partnership also includes research into Fenaka's services, aimed at collecting public feedback and improving service quality. This effort will help Fenaka better align its offerings with community needs.
